Participants learn how to conduct negotiations confidently, purposefully and empathetically – both in person and online. You will gain confidence in dealing with difficult negotiating partners, learn to consciously manage your communication and remain confident and effective even in virtual environments.
Participants master rhetorical and psychological techniques for successful negotiations, are able to exert targeted influence, control emotional dynamics and also present themselves convincingly in a virtual setting.
