Participants learn how to conduct negotiations confidently, purposefully and empathetically – both in person and online. You will gain confidence in dealing with difficult negotiating partners, learn to consciously manage your communication and remain confident and effective even in virtual environments.

  1. Participants learn how to prepare for negotiations in a structured and mentally optimal way.
  2. They work out how they can recognize the motives and triggers of their negotiating partners and use them in a targeted manner.
  3. They train the FBI’s 5-step model for influencing behavior.
  4. You will learn how to use rhetorical techniques to consciously steer conversations.
  5. You will learn the psychological basics for more successful negotiations.
  6. They practise keeping control of conversations and emotions even in emotionally charged situations.
  7. They learn how to use voice and language as a strategic tool.
  8. They reflect on ethical aspects of negotiation such as fairness and manipulation.
  9. You will develop strategies for successful online negotiations.

Participants master rhetorical and psychological techniques for successful negotiations, are able to exert targeted influence, control emotional dynamics and also present themselves convincingly in a virtual setting.
