Learning Objectives

Communication is a central field of action in collaboration, leadership and personal impact. Communication coaching aims to raise awareness of individual communication patterns, develop them further in a targeted manner and open up new options for action. Participants gain clarity about their communicative impact, improve their conversational skills and strengthen their presence in challenging conversational situations. Whether in everyday life, during conflicts or before important discussions – communication coaching offers tailor-made impulses for a confident and authentic appearance.

Course Content

  • Participants reflect on their own communication style based on specific situations and receive targeted, practical feedback.
  • They train you to conduct conversations in a clear, structured and targeted manner – even under pressure or in emotionally charged contexts.
  • You will learn how to formulate messages clearly and convincingly and use non-verbal communication in a targeted manner.
  • They develop their ability to give and accept feedback – constructively, appreciatively and effectively.
  • You prepare upcoming discussions, moderations or presentations in a targeted manner – also with individual case studies.
  • They strengthen their sense of different communication styles and learn to react flexibly to them.
  • You will gain confidence in dealing with difficult conversation partners, misunderstandings or resistance.
