Foundation of mensch & Kommunikation GmbH

The two friends Moritz Küffner and Stefan Günzinger started the m&k journey with the vision of making learning effective, human and based on partnership – as a training and consulting team with attitude.

Development of the kokomm® principle

With the kokomm® principle(cooperative communication), mensch & kommunikation has developed a practical model that shows how communication can succeed – even in challenging situations. Based on scientific findings and a wealth of experience from training and coaching, kokomm® helps people to communicate more clearly, empathically and in a solution-oriented way – both at work and in their private lives.

Relocation to Munich

mensch & kommunikation is relocating its headquarters from Ebenhausen-Schäftlarn to the Bavarian capital. With the new location in Munich, we are moving closer to our customers and partners – right in the heart of a dynamic economic region. The move marks an important step in the further development of the company: more space for collaboration, creative projects and sustainable growth.

Start of the partnership with Blanchard®

mensch & kommunikation has been a Blanchard® Global Partner for Germany since 2018. As part of the international partner network, we now offer proven Blanchard® concepts in customized formats. The partnership strengthens our portfolio in the field of leadership development and gives our clients access to one of the world’s most renowned leadership models.

Our CHO takes up his duties

Vito joined mensch & kommunikation in 2020 – as the four-legged Chief Happiness Officer. Since then, the friendly office dog has reliably ensured a good mood, relaxed breaks and spontaneous exercise sessions. In turbulent times, he brings calm, closeness and lots of joie de vivre to the team

10 years of mensch & kommunikation

mensch & kommunikation is 10 years old – and can look back on a very special year: despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, 2021 has been the most successful financial year in the company’s history. This was made possible by our high level of adaptability and the rapid, effective switch to digital training and learning formats. The anniversary therefore not only stands for consistency, but also for innovative strength, resilience and partnership-based collaboration – with our customers, our team and a strong network.

Honored with the German Education Award

mensch & kommunikation receives the German Education Award for the first time – in the category “Outstanding training providers for leadership and communication”. The award is based on an independent customer survey on quality, methodology, innovative strength and recommendation. It confirms our claim to develop learning solutions that work – and are based on a genuine partnership with our customers.

Winner of the German Education Award for the second time

mensch & kommunikation once again receives the German Education Award in 2024 – confirming the consistently high quality and effectiveness of our training courses.
