Several hundred participants go through a tailor-made program of Blanchard® training, individual coaching and other development measures every year.
We are responsible for the complete conception, implementation and administration – for a strong, global leadership culture.

For an international company in the testing and certification services sector, we implemented a development program to strengthen the communication skills of managers.
In a virtual learning journey with training, e-learning, coaching and creative transfer measures, we accompanied several hundred managers.
We designed, implemented and successfully rolled out the program in close cooperation with the client – for a sustainable improvement in management communication.

New performance reviews for a new working reality: KPI-based management in statutory health insurance

Challenges: Implementation and support of a project for KPI-driven performance discussions

We developed a program to further develop performance management processes and strengthen a trusting management culture for a nationwide statutory health insurance company.
The focus was on the introduction of structured, KPI-based employee appraisals – with the aim of making performance transparent and simultaneously promoting trust through dialogue.
We supported managers in several phases through training, practical workshops and accompanying transfer formats. Together with the client, we developed an individual implementation concept that promotes both measurable results and a stronger relationship culture.
The project was successfully rolled out – as the basis for a new quality of performance reviews.

For a globally active NGO, we designed a development program that supports employees worldwide in networking professionally, arousing interest among stakeholders and building sustainable relationships.
A special focus was placed on intercultural sensitivity – crucial for topics such as storytelling, relationship building and consulting processes in an international context.
In a multi-stage learning journey, we combined interactive digital modules and collaborative exchange formats. This created practical learning spaces that took into account both cultural differences and common communication principles.
The programme was developed together with the organization and rolled out globally – for effective communication and a stronger connection to relevant target groups.
