Learning Objectives

The aim of the training is to support managers in creating a working environment in which openness, commitment and creativity can flourish – and thus sustainably strengthen the performance and innovative power of their teams.

Course Content

  1. Participants understand the concept of psychological safety according to Amy Edmondson and its importance for successful teams.
  2. They evaluate individual reflection sheets to identify their own strengths and areas for action.
  3. You will train open communication and constructive feedback through practical exercises and role plays.
  4. They develop individual action plans to promote psychological safety in their team.
  5. In the learning circle, they reflect on and deepen the content they have learned and adapt their strategies for their everyday management work.
