People at the center – my motto stands for my commitment to the personal development of people. Because it is people, not principles, who drive change and achieve results. Trained as a businesswoman and linguist, I was able to experience the challenge of people management as a manager. The desire to improve communication in teams motivated me to undertake further training as a trainer, coach and mediator. I have been supporting managers in trade, industry and administration for more than 15 years now. My focus is on lively seminars on leadership and communication that not only inspire, but whose content can actually be implemented in everyday working life and lead to noticeably better results.
