There are two things that characterize me: First, the belief that enthusiasm, fun and passion are THE ingredients that make the difference in achieving personal and organizational goals. Secondly, that we can only achieve our goals if we understand each other. Sounds simple, but it’s not. As a communication trainer, it is therefore my goal to make participants feel how fun and enthusiasm contribute to a better relationship with the other person. I would like to help you to put yourself in the other person’s shoes and adapt communication to the individual person in order to achieve better understanding. Because this leads to the desired success! Thanks to my practical experience as a manager and consultant in a dynamic environment, I can incorporate many examples from my professional practice into my training sessions.
