As a Girl Scout, I always see the world through the eyes of the others around me. This is where topics such as a sense of community, value orientation and “making the world a little better” are really lived. This basic attitude is reflected in my training and coaching sessions – I am deeply convinced that we can only go through life resiliently and successfully, individually and collectively, if we know deep down what inspires us and at the same time we can calmly leave room for the enthusiasm of others.
In almost 30 years in an international company, I have experienced time and again, almost daily, how intense and effective such an attitude is if you really want to change something, starting with yourself, through working in teams to the corporate culture.
