Even as a teenager, born in 1983, I devoured large quantities of literature dealing with psychology, sociology, philosophy, personal development and biographies of well-known personalities. I have always been a close observer of what was going on around me and when I looked at the adult world from my perspective at the time, I found a lot of things to be undesirable.

Two questions kept me going:
Why do we humans behave the way we do?
How can we achieve real, lasting change and live a life according to our own ideas?
So, after graduating from school, I turned my attention to coaching, motivation, change processes, personnel development, systemic organizational development and naturally predisposed behavioural preferences according to Carl Gustav Jung. I have remained true to all of these topics for many years now in a wide variety of subject areas and new ones are constantly being added.
