Needs analysis & consulting

We start with an open dialog: What challenges do your managers face? What communication patterns characterize your organization? Through targeted analyses and discussions, we work together to identify needs and develop customized training solutions.

Training & implementation

Our training courses are characterized by interactivity and practical relevance. We use methods such as role plays, feedback rounds and realistic scenarios to encourage the application of what has been learned in everyday working life.

Customer questions

Very individual. We do not believe in standard solutions. Every training course is geared towards the real challenges of the participants and the organization. This can mean: company-specific case studies, adapted methodology, co-creative design or connection to existing internal programs.

Yes, very gladly – and regularly. We see ourselves as co-partners and complement internal expertise with external perspectives, experience and methodological diversity. We develop many programs together with HR/PE teams in order to embed them precisely into existing strategies or development architectures.

Yes, we design learning journeys that combine different formats – e.g. digital self-study modules, live online training, face-to-face workshops and accompanying coaching elements. We also use existing platforms or develop suitable digital content together with partners.

It depends on the scope. Individual training formats can be ready to go within a short time, while more comprehensive programs require several weeks to months for design, coordination and preparation. What is important to us: speed yes – but not at the expense of quality.

We attach great importance to transfer support: e.g. through application tasks, coaching support, transfer workshops or digital impulses between the modules. We also often work with practical examples and real case studies from the respective company context.

Depending on the objective, we use different methods: participant feedback, self-assessments and external assessments, observation sheets, follow-up workshops or specific KPIs in the corporate context (e.g. leadership feedback, communication quality, team performance). Together with the client, we define what “success” means in concrete terms.
