  2. They reflect on their own corporate culture and recognize how much agility is possible in their own environment.
  3. They learn how to establish a culture of success: through constructive feedback, conflict and error culture.
  4. They understand the requirements that agile teams must fulfill, including methods such as daily stand-up, Kanban board, retrospective, delegation poker and more.
  5. Managers receive impulses on how they can manage less and lead more, e.g. through Powerful Questions and constructive criticism.
  6. On an individual level, participants learn how to lead themselves better, sharpen their mindset and make decisions with confidence.

  8. In the transfer part, the participants develop concrete agreements for their agile practice in everyday life.
  9. A variety of methods: individual, partner and group work, experience-oriented learning projects, lecture, educational talk, plenary discussion.
