Duration: 1 – 2 days + 1 follow-up day (recommended after 4-6 months)

The aim is to sustainably improve team communication, defuse potential conflicts and promote stronger teamwork – for more cooperation, performance and cohesion.
Participants learn how good communication strengthens team processes, how conflicts can be resolved and how team roles can be practiced in a meaningful way. They develop a shared understanding of collaboration and more team responsibility.
