The aim is to sustainably improve team communication, defuse potential conflicts and promote stronger teamwork – for more cooperation, performance and cohesion.

Course Content

  1. Participants experience teamwork in a practical project and derive success factors for good cooperation.
  2. They analyze team structure, roles and identity and learn how to deal productively with diversity.
  3. They strengthen team culture, acceptance of responsibility and willingness to change.
  4. They deal with cooperative communication and recognize its success factors.
  5. You reflect on your own communication patterns and practice solution-oriented speaking.
  6. You will learn how to communicate effectively at team interfaces.
  7. Finally, they develop concrete measures for implementation in everyday working life.

Skills Acquired

Participants learn how good communication strengthens team processes, how conflicts can be resolved and how team roles can be practiced in a meaningful way. They develop a shared understanding of collaboration and more team responsibility.
