Learning Objectives

Managers are empowered to act as coaches in order to promote the potential of their employees in a targeted manner. The aim is to build a company-wide coaching culture that strengthens trust, improves performance and encourages employees to take responsibility for their own actions.

Course Content

  1. Participants develop an appropriate mindset to act as a coach.
  2. You will get to know and apply the structured coaching process.
  3. They learn how to build a trusting relationship with employees.
  4. You will learn how to define goals and set priorities in coaching.
  5. They train you to activate, motivate and inspire employees.
  6. They improve their skills in active listening, asking specific questions, reflecting and giving constructive feedback.
