Managers are empowered to act as coaches in order to promote the potential of their employees in a targeted manner. The aim is to build a company-wide coaching culture that strengthens trust, improves performance and encourages employees to take responsibility for their own actions.
After the training, participants will be able to integrate coaching into their day-to-day management activities, encourage employees to take responsibility, build trust and develop teams sustainably.
