Learning Objectives

The aim is to enable teams and individuals to communicate in an open, balanced and constructive way, even in difficult conversations or under pressure, in order to increase innovation, commitment and productivity.

Course Content

  1. Participants learn about the Conversational Capacity model and understand how they can promote innovation and team cohesion through constructive dialog.
  2. They develop an awareness of how emotional reactions (fight-or-flight) can derail conversations and how they can consciously take countermeasures instead.
  3. They develop a growth-oriented mindset and value different perspectives as a source of new insights.
  4. You will acquire four specific behaviors to balance sincerity and curiosity in communication.
  5. In practical exercises, they learn to stay in the “sweet spot” – the area of highest willingness to learn, innovate and cooperate.
  6. They recognize how productive communication contributes directly to increasing productivity, innovative strength and employee loyalty.
