The aim is to enable teams and individuals to communicate in an open, balanced and constructive way, even in difficult conversations or under pressure, in order to increase innovation, commitment and productivity.
Participants gain emotional confidence in difficult conversations, actively promote psychological security in the team, increase their personal impact and drive innovation processes forward.
