Learning Objectives

Participants develop an innovation mindset of courage, curiosity and initiative, learn to recognize challenges, generate ideas and implement them in order to anchor innovations in the company in the long term.

Course Content

1. Participants internalize the three mindsets required for innovation: courage, curiosity and initiative.
2. You will learn the four-stage innovation process: analyze, collect ideas, try out, implement.
3. They use the Fearless Innovation Framework to implement continuous improvements.
4. Through practical exercises, they learn to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
5. You plan concrete measures for the implementation of innovations.
6. The training includes a structured learning journey with pre-work, five virtual sessions or one day of face-to-face training and follow-up work with online tools to support practical application.
