Learning Objectives

The aim of the training is to enable participants to conduct difficult conversations professionally – with a clear structure, an empathetic attitude and a focus on sustainable results and strong relationships.

Course Content

  1. Participants learn to recognize classic challenges in difficult conversations and how to deal with them in a targeted manner.
  2. They prepare themselves in a structured way and develop strategies for emotional self-control.
  3. They reflect on their individual strengths and typical trigger points in a discussion.
  4. They apply the six paradigms of human interaction to strengthen relationships.
  5. You will learn how to optimize the framework of the conversation and how to conduct conversations at eye level.
  6. You practise intensively using real practical cases.
  7. Optional: Creation and coaching based on an Insights Discovery® personality profile.
