Learning Objectives

The aim of the training is to enable managers to use the SLII model to adapt their management style to the development situation of their employees in a targeted and flexible manner. This increases the performance of the team and creates a culture of appreciation and commitment.

Course Content

  1. Participants learn about the four development stages of employees (E1-E4) and understand their specific needs.
  2. You will develop the four leadership styles (S1-S4) and practise their situational application.
  3. They practise diagnostic and development discussions supported by the SLII diagnostic app.
  4. They develop their leadership skills with the help of playbooks, practical exercises, feedback systems and challenges.
  5. Emotional learning videos and interactive tasks ensure lasting understanding and transfer to everyday management.
  6. The use of SLII® in day-to-day business is sustainably supported with specific tools and templates.
