In my day-to-day work as a manager, I have repeatedly encountered complex problems that have challenged the entire organization, especially in critical agile projects. In doing so, I discovered my passion for structured problem-solving techniques and successfully implemented them with my teams: from the detailed recording and description of the problem and the facts to the systematic identification of the causes. Enabling individuals and teams to work and communicate in a structured way is a second major area of my work. My understanding as a consultant and trainer is to support organizations with methods and practical tools so that they can work together to find successful solutions. This saves time and money. Because only when the cause is recognized can a problem be solved sustainably and the solution communicated. My mission is to help with this.
