In more than 15 years, I have successfully supported numerous companies and organizations in dealing with conflicts and communicating effectively with stakeholders. To this end, I helped build up a medium-sized consulting company and was a member of the management board for many years. For me, resolving conflicts between interest groups, communicating effectively and successfully implementing major changes in change processes are closely linked. In my experience, the first key to successfully dealing with conflicts is to accept that conflicts are normal when people live together and work together. A structured approach, effective and respectful communication and effective negotiation techniques make it possible to actively and successfully shape the future with sustainable solutions.
