Even though I started my professional career with a degree in economics and organizational sciences, I quickly realized that the challenges and needs of companies and their employees are much more complex than scientific theories. I have therefore focused my work on action-oriented learning methods. In my training courses, I therefore not only teach “gray” theory, but also work out the training objectives together with the participants. The training participants learn with all their senses, which means that the training content can be integrated into everyday working life in a particularly sustainable way. My training courses always incorporate the experience I gained during a seven-year trip around the world by bike and canoe.
