Learning Objectives

The aim of the coaching is to support managers in reflecting on their leadership role, to sharpen their individual leadership style and to work on specific challenges in day-to-day management in a solution-oriented manner. This involves working on both attitude and specific leadership tools.

Course Content

  1. Participants reflect on their current leadership situation with a neutral coach and derive individual development goals.
  2. They analyze their leadership behavior in specific everyday situations and identify beneficial and obstructive patterns.
  3. You will get to know new management communication tools and use them in a targeted manner.
  4. They train communication with employees in difficult contexts (e.g. target agreements, performance feedback).
  5. They continue to develop their role in the area of conflict between the company’s objectives and the needs of employees.
