Learning Objectives

Participants are empowered to take responsibility for their own performance and career development, to proactively pursue personal and organizational goals and to establish positive cooperation with superiors.

Course Content

  1. Participants learn to question obstacles and overcome them through personal responsibility.
  2. They recognize their own influence and consciously use it to achieve their goals.
  3. They learn to diagnose their skills and their commitment to specific goals.
  4. They practise requesting specific support and resources from managers.
  5. They develop the ability to obtain feedback in a self-determined manner and to turn it into improvements.
  6. Participants use tools such as the SLII® app, the One-on-One Worksheet and the self-management questionnaire to ensure their progress is sustainable.
