Learning Objectives

Participants learn to present their arguments clearly and convincingly, to recognize the needs and perspectives of their conversation partners and to respond to them. They gain confidence in dealing with objections and resistance and sustainably increase their personal effectiveness – for constructive discussions and successful negotiations in everyday working life and beyond.

Course Content

  1. Participants learn how good preparation is a decisive factor in conducting successful discussions.
  2. They learn to change perspectives in order to better understand the views of their counterparts.
  3. They are taught how to create a cooperative atmosphere and avoid conflicts.
  4. Participants improve their communication skills in a targeted manner.
  5. You practise dealing confidently with resistance and objections.
  6. By assessing themselves and others, they strengthen their impact competence.
  7. They adjust their self-esteem and gain inner security.
  8. It shows what makes different types of communication tick – and also reflects on your own patterns.
  9. Participants understand which mental factors and which aspects of body language influence successful communication.
  10. They learn how to use targeted argumentation strategies and find the right words.
  11. They consciously use body language to emphasize their messages.
  12. The training raises awareness of values such as respect, tolerance and equality in communication.
  13. Practical exercises with individual feedback reinforce what has been learned.
