I am interested in people! People as personalities, in their role, in their system. I worked as a sales manager in a large corporation for over 15 years. Whether leadership, sales, coaching or training: understanding people is the key.
My personal experience as a manager helps me to do this. I am convinced that only those who reflect on their own work and actions and develop their own personality can effectively accompany others on their journey.
