As a management consultant, in a large corporation and as a manager, I have mastered numerous experiences with complex challenges. As Head of Global Strategy, I have also dealt with strategic issues and worked with top executives.
At the same time, I have completed further training in communication, presentation, leadership, change and rhetoric at home and abroad. In seminars, training courses and workshops, it is particularly important to me that the participants receive real added value, learn new topics and can transfer what they have learned into their day-to-day work.
On the one hand, theory is necessary for this, but real change can only take place through application and subsequent transfer. I would like to make my contribution on this path of transformation.
