I was 15 when my uncle asked me what I wanted to do for a living. The spontaneous answer was: “I want to work with people”. How I positively influence myself and deal with other people interested me from an early age. Later, I wanted to go to the University of Film and Television to become a director. Life seemed to have other plans for me.

After studying business administration, I started my first job in the mid-1980s in the skills and management training department of a computer manufacturer and soon I was preoccupied with questions such as “How do I make the best use of my working time, how do I organize myself? Two books were published in 1997 and 2002. I started my own business in 1990, with my first order in my pocket and a baby under my arm. I was able to gain experience at Lufthansa Consulting GmbH, haniel akademie and SAP AG, among others.
