Blanchard® training solutions are based on scientifically sound models such as SLII®. They have been tried and tested worldwide, are highly practice-oriented and specifically promote the leadership behavior that people need in their particular development situation. The focus is on clarity, dialog and effectiveness.
Our Blanchard® training courses can be designed flexibly – as a face-to-face event, live online training or blended learning. We will be happy to advise you on which format best suits your organization, target group and learning culture.
The duration varies depending on the program. Classic training formats such as SLII® start at 1-2 days (or several online modules), but can also be designed as a learning journey over several weeks or months – including transfer and reflection phases.
As a rule, Blanchard® training solutions are available in around 15 languages in addition to German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Manadarin and French. We use Blanchard’s global network of trainers to deliver training in languages other than English or German.
The programs are aimed at new, experienced and future managers as well as project managers, HR managers and team coaches. Depending on the module, the focus is on leadership basics, the situational leadership approach, coaching skills for managers or change management. Self-management training for employees is also available.
